Third Party Inspector Certification

Companies and individuals interested in becoming certified third party inspectors must file application packages with the DCRA’s third party inspection coordinator. If selected, they will be added to the Certified Third Party Inspectors list*.

Certification Process

  • Mail or deliver complete application package to:
    Third Party Inspection Coordinator

  • The Third Party Review Team will review it.
  • Applicant is informed of approval or disapproval within three weeks of application receipt.
  • After applicant signs the Letter of Agreement, the applicant is added to the Certified Third Party Inspectors* list and receives inspection stickers
